Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  1. Customers may cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
  3. If a service is delayed or a technician is unavailable, customers may request either a reschedule or a full refund.

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund requests by email to urbandoorservices@gmail.com with complete booking details.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  3. URBAN DOOR is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  1. Services that have already been provided or completed cannot be refunded.
  2. Installations or services involving the replacement of parts/accessories are non-refundable.
  3. Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.

4. Partial Refunds

  1. If only part of a service is completed due to unforeseen issues, a partial refund may be issued at URBAN DOOR’s discretion.
